About Justin
Justin Falcke is a Perth-based speech pathologist who supports young children and families
with speech, language and communication development.
Justin completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Edith Cowan University and has worked
as a paediatric speech pathologist within the Child Development Service, supporting children
with a range of speech and language needs. His background also includes degrees in
Behavioural Science and Communications and Media, which have shaped his interest in
communication, connection and the whole child behind every referral.
Justin’s interest in speech pathology is also personal. Having previously experienced a voice
disorder, he understands how challenging it can feel when communication does not come
easily. This experience helped inspire him to pursue a career supporting others to
communicate with greater confidence.
His approach is gentle, family-centred and evidence-informed. He aims to make therapy
practical, play-based and meaningful for everyday life, while giving families clear guidance
and strategies they can use at home, in therapy and across daily routines.
Justin's goal is to help children build communication skills that support confidence, connection and participation in everyday life.
